Leaselytics was a PropTech startup that I co-founded and worked on from 2012 - 2014. We were a part of several startup incubators in the Chapel Hill/Durham, NC area, including UNC Kenan Flagler’s Launching the Venture and the American Underground’s Groundwork Labs. Leaselytics was a fun and fulfilling project and a major part of my career evolution from university education in multifamily and on-site property management into tech and entrepreneurship.
